The total investment of the project by Party A amounts to approximately RMB 5.9 billion, aimed at constructing a fully integrated optical communication factory covering the entire industry chain, from optical fiber preform, optical fiber, optical cable production to raw and auxiliary materials supply.
Our company is responsible for the logistics conveyance and warehousing system of the optical fiber and optical cable factory.
This project represents the first fully automated, end-to-end factory in the optical fiber and cable industry, incorporating 11 types of intelligent manufacturing technology and equipment. Occupying an area of 41,000 square meters, the project utilizes industrial robots, gantry robots, laser-guided AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles), four-way shuttles, automated warehousing systems, various types of heavy and light-duty conveyors, elevators, and other equipment. Through barcode scanning and RFID chip reading/writing operations throughout the entire process, it achieves traceability of production processes. Additionally, seamless integration with the customer's MES system is achieved through the WMS (Warehouse Management System).
