The purpose of this project is to build an efficient and intelligent warehouse system for Liuhe Electronics. The system covers the finished product warehouse and metal film warehouse, including advanced equipment such as bin robots, conveyor lines, and ESS equipment scheduling system, with a total of 13,000 storage locations and 9 bin robots. By introducing these automated equipment, we have successfully reduced 2-3 warehouse managers, improving the operational efficiency of the warehouse. The system not only ensures the safety and reliability of equipment operation, but also makes the loading and unloading operations more convenient and smooth. In addition, equipment maintenance is also very convenient, with low failure rate, effectively reducing maintenance costs. This project will bring a new change to Liuhe Electronics' warehouse management and enhance its competitiveness in the market.
