Project Background

This project requires the use of a robot to realize the surface grinding of blank products in the ceramic sanitary industry.

It needs to have force control function to realize constant pressure grinding and ensure the grinding effect.

It is necessary to realize the grinding of most of the area, such as the outer surface and inner surface.

Product Details

Three 50kg loaded 6-axis robots are provided to the customer, equipped with large and small rotary table systems to realize the transfer of products between different robot stations and the rotation of products in front of the robot, so as to cooperate with the robot to complete all-round grinding. The end of the robot is equipped with a constant force actuator, which can automatically adjust the output force according to the robot's grinding trajectory and attitude, and adjust the surface of the product to realize constant force grinding.

This system is equipped with a loading and unloading robot, automatic dust removal room and other supporting equipment systems.
