Project Background In order to eliminate the "3D post", on the basis of the track of the original unloading line, an independent intelligent cleaning robot system was added in the middle of the No. 4 and No. 5 unloading machines (the equipment weight is about 22 tons, and the basis of the No. 2 unloading line can be used), which was applied to the cleaning of the No. 2 unloading line.
Product Details The equipment adopts two sets of cleaning devices of different specifications, the first time is rough sweeping by the wire rope disc brush (a single diameter of 25mm, to solve the cleaning of the bottom of the car and the bottom side of the car 40cm), combined with the switch of the scraper on both sides of the disc brush to sweep the remaining materials out of the car, and the side brush (made of steel sheet) cleans the residual materials at the waist line reinforcement of the car. And small plate brush (made of steel sheet) to clean the materials on the upper side of the car at the same time, so that the remaining materials in the car from about 3000Kg to about 100~200Kg; Then use the second cleaning device for fine sweeping, by using the plate brush (made of steel sheet, speed 50-60 RPM) and the feeder, the material is concentrated in the middle of the car, with the internal rotating small plate brush cleaning machine through the position of the brush plate can be changed to achieve the full coverage of the car; The negative pressure generated by the negative pressure fan is used to inhale and send the material to the cache tank (objects within the size of 100mm can be inhaled). A small amount of material is conveyed to the storage tank through the air, filtered by the industrial filter in the storage tank, and then connected to the negative pressure fan; Through the displacement platform and hydraulic rotating mechanism to complete the whole car material cleaning and collection; After clearing one car, the material is discharged to the discharging belt conveyor at one time to reach the fixed discharge of the cleaning machine. The entire cleaning process is automated without human intervention.
