Project background The project provides customers (leading semiconductor packaging and testing manufacturers) with an automatic loading and unloading robot system for semiconductor material frames to achieve docking with smart warehouses and logistics systems.
Project details It realizes the automatic access of chip products. The volume of the warehouse is about 34 cubic meters, with 616 material frame slots, and automatic loading and unloading robot workstations are configured at the front and back ends. The nitrogen warehouse can replace the traditional manual nitrogen cabinet, realizing the nitrogen-containing storage of products, and the nitrogen content can reach more than 95%.
