Huajin Coking Coal Co., Ltd. was jointly established by the former State Planning Commission, Ministry of Energy, and Shanxi Provincial Government, and approved for establishment by the Production Office of the State Council. In February 2001, it was reorganized into astate-owned joint-stock enterprise, with shareholders being China National Coal Group Corporation and Shanxi Coking Coal Group Co., Ltd. The company owns abundant high-quality coal resources, which belong to the "two regions and one type" protected development resources stipulated by the state. In May 2022, Huajin Coking Coal Co., Ltd. introduced the Huibo intelligent train car cleaning robot system.

The Huibo intelligent train car cleaning robot system has reduced 4-5 car cleaning workers for Huajin Coking Coal, helping the enterprise achieve the goal of "reducing manual labor through machinery and replacing human workers with automation". It saves the enterprise over one million yuan in labor costs annually, significantly reduces time costs, improves work efficiency, and enhances production capacity.
